Production time

All items are printed to order. Please allow:

2–5 working days for production before dispatch

During busy periods (such as holidays), this may take slightly longer

Shipping times

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • UK: 2–4 working days

  • Europe: 3–7 working days

  • Rest of World: 5–7 working days

These are estimates, not guarantees, as shipping carriers can occasionally experience delays outside our control

Shipping partners

Orders are fulfilled by our trusted print partners and shipped using reputable couriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, or local postal services

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

Customs & import fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Ordering by mistake

  • Slight colour differences (screens display colours differently)

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If something isn’t right, we’ll absolutely fix it.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Has a printing defect

  • Is the wrong item

  • Is missing from your order

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

In most cases, we will offer a replacement or refund

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or postal disruptions, but we will always do our best to help!

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your shipping details before placing your order

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask for additional postage costs to resend it
